HDPE TRAPS include some PP components.
For Special limited applications that need ALL PP construction, check with factory for special prices. (HDPE units can handle 180°F continuous temperatures and 212°F intermittent temperatures).
Extensions to heights are available for all interceptors, at additional cost. All units include bolted, Neoprene gasketed covers. Standard covers can handle light-duty pedestrian traffic, but anti-skid and recessed bolt holes should be ordered for flush floor installations, at additional cost. Also, special Heavy-Duty pedestrian traffic covers or Light-Duty vehicular traffic covers are available, at added cost. Inspection or enzyme parts can be ordered on special request, at additional cost. All units include clean-out plugs on outlet connections, removable baffles and internal air relief, anti-siphon.
Oil Interceptors require two valves, at additional cost. One 1-1/2" PP ball valve is installed by the contractor on the 1-1/2" draw-off connection. The second valve is the same size at the outlet connection size and is installed by the contractor on the outlet connection. Oil interceptors include removable sediment baskets with perforated baffles, in addition to standard removable baffles.
Other accessories available include single or dual bolt securing of cover, cascading or sloping internal trap bottoms, hose connectors, anchoring and/or flashing flanges (seepage pans), thermometer mountings, optional vent, etc.
All units are F.O.B., NJ. One or two units can be shipped in a week or two. Stock orders of ten or more units take about four to eight weeks (sometimes longer) to ship. Units up to and including a GI-25 or OI-25 can be shipped via U.P.S.
